Villa & Bungalow Rates
2026 Rates
The rates shown are valid for the 2026 season.
For any booking or special request outside these periods, please contact the owner directly, who will be happy to assist you.
Tourist Tax:
The tourist tax is not included in the rental price. It is €2 per adult, per night.
This tax will be charged separately from the rental amount and must be paid directly to the owner by bank transfer.
Cleaning Fee:
Cleaning fees are not included in the booking price. They will be charged separately and paid directly to the concierge on site, according to the accommodation package booked:

€150 for the main villa.

€230 for the main villa with the Ti-Manguier Bungalow.

€280 for the main villa with the Ti-Manguier and Ti-Sucrier Bungalows.
Deposit :
A €2,000 security deposit will be required upon arrival and provided to the concierge. It may be paid:

By cheque, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay following the check-out inspection, provided no damage is found;

By credit or debit card pre-authorisation;

Or by any other method agreed upon by both parties.
The security deposit will be returned, or the card pre-authorisation released, at the end of your stay after the property has been inspected and provided that no damage has been found.
