The property consists of a main house and two separate bungalows, creating a harmonious and intimate setting that is ideal for group stays.

Main Villa – Up to 8 Guests

Ti-Sucrier Bungalow – Up to 2 Guests

Ti-Manguier Bungalow – Up to 3 Guests

The Ti-Manguier Bungalow, facing the terrace, and the Ti-Sucrier Bungalow, overlooking the jacuzzi, are available exclusively when renting the entire property.

Designed to accommodate groups of up to 13 guests, Villa Ti-Jimo offers a fully private experience, with the entire property reserved exclusively for you.

The villa is also accessible to guests with reduced mobility (PRM).

Amenities

The villa features an infinity pool with breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea, as well as a six-person jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing evenings in complete tranquility.

The tropical garden, carefully maintained every day, provides a lush green setting that invites you to unwind and escape.

From January to March, the owners stay on the property. During this period, only the bungalows are available for rent.

Every year, from January to March, the owners stay on the property and offer their two bungalows for rent. As true ambassadors of their island, they warmly welcome their guests and are always happy to share their advice and recommendations on the best activities, excursions, and local places to discover throughout Guadeloupe — offering an authentic and personalized experience at the heart of island life.
